Heading is the process of attaching a threaded end to a polyethylene or laminate tube to which a cap is screwed or pressed.
We use injection moulding to manufacture our tube closures: standard caps or flip-tops with a flap.
Using extrusion, we produce tubes that form the body of the packaging. We have 1, 5, and 7 layer extruders.
The tube body is formed from a flat strip of printed laminate foil.
